November is going to be an intense month for the touring of the productions by Körper, the National Dance Production Center, active on the national and international scene.After the debut at the Biennale and the performance at the Staatstheater in Darmstadt (Germany), the regional debut of “Vanishing Place” will take place on November 18th and 19th at Teatro San Ferdinando in Naples. The new work by Naples’ dancer and choreographer Luna Cenere focuses on the observation of the body as a landscape – its research highlights the ability of the body to abstract and become a poetic element while never abandoning the concreteness of form and gesture.Through a practice that generates space and emptiness within the performers, the choreographer makes them ‘disappear’ to bring out the gestures, forms, and details of the body. By focusing on the space between bodies, the quality of breath and adagio, movements of light, architectural elements of the stage, and sound carpet, Luna Cenere creates a surreal landscape that is constantly in motion.On November 25th and 26th, it will be the turn of the Young Körper Company, which already debuted at Teatro Nuovo in Naples
